The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its community transport and volunteering services. This hands‑on leadership role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing transport services, building a positive culture, managing government funding, and growing the organization's brand and partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated Transport Manager and a skills‑based Board, and will be responsible for lifting the efficiency of community transport services, growing funded services, and managing the implementation of a current volunteering CRM. The role also involves strengthening the company's brand, raising its profile, and building relationships with various stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, funders, and government entities. The ideal CEO for the company will be a visible and energetic leader with senior executive experience, strong financial management skills,



and a proven track record in PR, brand building, and advocacy. They should be adept at networking and building sponsorship relationships, and have a history of fostering healthy workplace cultures. Empathy and an understanding of working with volunteers are essential, as is a current driver's license. Experience in logistics, community transport, aged care, disability services, or the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded. The role requires a leader who is politically neutral, but passionate about the values of inclusivity, collaboration, innovation, and impact that the organization embodies.
