What You'll Be Doing

- Helping customers find the right products for their needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice
- Achieving sales and service targets
- Learning and developing your knowledge across our product range
- Supporting stock management and merchandising activities




- Assisting with customer enquiries and warranty support
- Maintaining a clean, skilled and engaging store environment

What We're Looking For

- Have experience in retail, sales, customer service or trade sales
- Enjoy building relationships with customers
- Are motivated by achieving sales targets
- Have an interest in 4WDing, camping, touring, caravanning, automotive or outdoor recreation
- Are comfortable learning technical products
- Can work a flexible retail roster, including weekends
- Experience with 12V systems, solar, lithium batteries, caravans, marine, auto electrical or automotive products is highly regarded but not essential.
