Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in optimising cash flow, reducing aged debt, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting accounting activities across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers across local and offshore operations.
- Drive collections performance, ensuring overdue accounts are proactively managed and resolved within the team.
- Monitor aged debt, debtor performance, dispute resolution, and cash allocation activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account issues and improve collection outcomes.
- Review and analyse debtor reporting, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support international accounts receivable activities and multinational customer portfolios.
- Help to identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex debtor matters and credit-related issues.

About you:

- Proven track record across Credit Control function




- Experience in a leadership/supervisor role where you have coached or managed a team
- Background dealing with high volume debtor ledgers in large organisations
- Confident using ERP systems and Excel
- Robust communication skills and demonstrated ability dealing with stakeholders
