Have you been thinking about stepping into a Venue Manager role?
Curious to see if it’s the right fit before applying for a permanent position?
Or maybe full time leadership isn’t quite right for you at the moment - but you still want to grow?

Consider becoming a Relief Venue Manager

- Help maintain service and compliance standards

- Manage shift flow and delegate responsibilities

- Ensure venue presentation and compliance standards are upheld

- Be part of a trusted pool of internal leaders across our venues

What support will I receive?

You’ll be supported every step of the way with:

- On-the-job training and coaching

- Shadowing opportunities with experienced Venue Managers

- Feedback and development tailored to your growth

Who should apply?

This could be a great fit if you:

- Are proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally supportive of others

- Have strong communication and organisational skills

- Understand front-of-house operations and enjoy leading by example

- Are interested in leadership but need flexibility or want to build confidence gradually

Interested?
Submit your application before Friday 23 October 2026 to be considered.

We’re not asking for a traditional resume.

- Why you’re interested in the Relief Venue Manager role

- What strengths you could bring to the team

Be yourself - we’re looking to understand your approach, personality, and what motivates you. All expressions of interest will be treated confidentially.
