Join us at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 23 hours per week, including 8 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across Monday to Friday: 1:00-6:00pm

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an workplace of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
