We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role provides essential administrative and coordination support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems, training coordination and general HR administration.

What you will be doing

- HR Administration & Employee Records: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, prepare employee correspondence and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment activities,



including job advertisements, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, onboarding and employee inductions.

- Employee Lifecycle & Payroll Support: Assist with employee changes, including transfers, promotions, changes to employment conditions, offboarding and payroll-related administration.

- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems, assist with data reporting and support HR process improvements.

- Training & General HR Support: Coordinate employee training activities, respond to routine HR enquiries and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
