RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects valued between $1M and $5M simultaneously
- Ensure projects stay on program and are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Create, define, and drive project scope from start to finish
- Run a tight ship on site and in the office, keeping projects organised, accountable, and on track
- Mentor and develop Contract Administrators, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their growth
- Communicate and delegate responsibilities effectively across the project team
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, resolving any issues or disputes that arise
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Project Manager within the Commercial Fitout sector
- A solid track record with reputable fitout builders
- Demonstrated experience running multiple projects concurrently, valued from $1M up to $5M
- Solid D&C; experience and knowledge
- Procore experience is essential
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A team-based approach and the ability to fit within a collaborative, people-focused culture
