Boolah is seeking a reliable and motivatedIrrigationWorker to join our farming team in Gunnedah, NSW.

The role will involve hands-onirrigationwork, supporting the efficient delivery of water to crops and keepingirrigationsystems and equipment operating effectively.

Duties will include:

- Setting up, operating and monitoringirrigationsystems
- Checking water flow and distribution throughoutirrigationruns
- Monitoring pumps, pipes andirrigationequipment, and reporting faults
- Assisting with routineirrigationmaintenance and repairs




- Keeping accurate records ofirrigationactivities
- Operating farm machinery and equipment as required
- Assisting with general farm duties betweenirrigationruns
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role. You will need valuable attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previousirrigation, farming or machinery experience will be highly regarded. A willingness to learn, follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team is essential.

Flexibility to work hours that suitirrigationschedules, including weekends where required, is important.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and have their own transport due to the rural location of our operations.
