Des's Cabs is seeking a motivated, reliable Call Centre & Dispatch Operator to join our team as a Casual Hire with opportunities to transition to Permanent Part Time. You will manage bookings and dispatch across 10 taxi fleets in a 24/7 operation, delivering high-quality customer service.

This is more than a traditional call centre position. The successful applicant will take ownership of the operation during shifts, supported by full training and a forward-thinking team, with overnight shifts
