CAPREIT is seeking an Investments Intern for Winter 2027 to support analysis and admin tasks within the Investments Team. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, assisting with financial modelling, and coordinating due diligence throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The role requires solid communication, time management, and a solid understanding of financial analysis and market trends. Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in-office weekly.
