Danila Dilba Health Service is seeking a passionate Child Health Nurse to provide culturally appropriate, family-centred care for children aged 0–5 years and their families, with a focus on early intervention and supporting neurodevelopmental concerns.
Working collaboratively with GPs, Allied Health, Family Support Workers, and the Primary Health Care team, the CHN delivers assessments, care coordination, health education and ongoing support within a holistic model of care.
