The role focuses on operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of a large multi-tenant enterprise network, ensuring high availability, performance and security across WAN, firewall, and campus infrastructure.

You will translate customer needs into backlogs, work with Product Owners and Principal Engineers, and drive proactive problem management with automation-led efficiencies.
