The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is seeking experienced cooks to join our passionate national team. You will be responsible for preparing dishes to our standards in a quick‑paced, high‑volume environment, delivering quality service and working with a professional team.

We require 1+ year kitchen experience, a Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or 1–3 years relevant experience). Full-time contract with salary $75,000–$90,000 plus superannuation per year.
