Access Telehealth is seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to work 3 days a week across the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland, in office within Residential Aged Care Homes. No shifts at night, and this is not a graduate position.
You will coordinate care, assess residents, and collaborate with GPs and Specialists using digital tools to connect teams. Applicants must have AHPRA registration and demonstrate autonomous clinical decision-making.
