Sharp and Carter in Melbourne seeks an AM Fleet Allocator to co-allocate a fleet of around 50 drivers daily, rising to 60 in peak, across LTL and FTL networks. You will monitor live operations, resolve issues, and ensure DIFOT and compliance.

This hands-on role offers direct training from the Transport Manager, a 3am start, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover and explicit ownership of daily operations.
