Point Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Case Manager to oversee supports for children and young people under Child Safety and NDIS frameworks, based on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate SIL, out-of-home care placements, develop care and risk plans, and liaise with families, safety professionals, and funding bodies.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in Child Safety, OOHC or NDIS, solid knowledge of NDIS and Queensland Child Protection, and the ability to manage complex
