Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

We're looking for a confident, organised customer service person to join the CJN Solar team in a phones-first role.

What you'll be doing:

- Answering inbound customer calls and making outbound follow-up calls
- Booking and scheduling solar and battery installations
- Coordinating between customers, sales reps, and install crews
- Keeping customers updated on job progress and timelines
- Handling reschedules, delays, and customer concerns professionally
- CRM updates, emails, and general admin support

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role — bookings, scheduling, trade admin, reception, or call centre
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and good with difficult conversations
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Solar or trades industry experience is a bonus, not a must

What's on offer:

- $60,000–$65,000 + super (based on experience)
- Full time Monday–Friday
- SEQ based, office role
