Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our Community Aged Care team in Western Sydney. This permanent part time role focuses on delivering person-centred in-home support to older Australians, helping them stay independent in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, transport to appointments, and encourage social connection and meaningful activities, with Monday and Friday availability preferred.
