Yeppoon
Bryant Building Contractors (‘Bryant’) is an established building and construction contractor delivering complex projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with plans to expand our operations into the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Founded in Cairns in 1986, the business grew from a family operation shaped by the demands of Northern Australia — where resilience, ingenuity, and responsibility are essential. Those demands still define how we work today, delivering projects that are Built Solid through a calm, consistent approach that turns complex ideas into real results.
By joining the Bryant team, you become part of a company that values growth, excellence and community, and gives you opportunities to develop a career — not just a job.
Our Values – Respect, Accountability, Professionalism, Safety First.
The Role
As part of our continued growth, Bryant is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in Yeppoon, on Queensland's beautiful Capricorn Coast, and support future project delivery across the region.

Our Yeppoon office is close to the beach, so a lunchtime walk along the foreshore or a sunset after work can become part of your everyday routine. With the Southern Excellent Barrier Reef and Great Keppel Island on the doorstep, a relaxed coastal community and Rockhampton's services and airport within easy reach, Yeppoon offers the lifestyle many people dream about, paired with challenging, rewarding work on significant projects.
