Seasonal Admissions Cashier - Wet'n'Wild

$33.93 per hour | Casual (age related rates apply if under 18)

The Opportunity

Be the first friendly face our guests see as they kick-start an unforgettable day at Wet’n’Wild! As an Admissions Cashier, you’ll create a fantastic first impression, help guests breeze through the gates and showcase the value of our multi-park tickets. If you’re upbeat, welcoming and love delivering great service, this is your chance to make every arrival part of the adventure. Shifts are generally between 9:00am and 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Be the friendly face that kicks off every guest’s day of fun, creating a smooth and memorable entry experience from the moment they arrive! You’ll:

- Maintain superior product knowledge of all tickets, entry conditions and available options
- Upsell and add value to maximise revenue opportunities while helping guests find the right ticket
- Meet and greet guests on arrival, direct them to the correct entry points and assist with crowd control
- Scan and validate tickets, following the correct process for any ticketing issues
- Keep front gate areas, signage and displays well presented and stocked

What We’re Looking For

Dive into a role where your friendly attitude, sharp attention to detail and guest-first mindset can really make waves! You’ll bring:

- Previous guest service experience and confident communication skills
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional approach with the ability to multitask




- Confidence learning and using equipment such as handheld scanners and two-way radios
- Ability to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
- Ability to work night functions such as Spooky Nights, White Christmas and other special events
