Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager who loves being across multiple projects, leading a great team and making sure everything runs like clockwork?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing modular building company based in Bundamba.

Our client is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Senior Project Manager to take a bird's-eye view of approximately 140-160 projects at various stages, lead a team of five administration and project coordination staff, and ensure projects progress smoothly through installation, handover and completion.

This is a senior leadership position focused on project oversight, people management, client communication and operational coordination rather than hands-on construction or day-to-day site supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing approximately 140-160 modular building projects at various stages of delivery, installation and handover.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of five administration and project coordination staff.
- Running regular team meetings, reviewing project progress and keeping everyone on track.
- Managing the overall flow of projects from installation coordination through to final handover.
- Overseeing defect reports, handover inspections, project documentation and Form 21 compliance processes.
- Ensuring clients receive excellent communication and support throughout the installation and handover process.




- Coordinating with internal teams, installation crews, contractors and clients to keep projects moving.
- Identifying potential delays, resolving issues and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Travelling to project sites throughout Queensland, including Townsville, Rockhampton and surrounding regions, when required.
- Completing site visits, inspections and handovers, with flights and same-day return travel where practical.
- Providing senior management with clear project updates and maintaining a strong overview of business operations.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in senior project management, operations management or high-volume project coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong overall view.
- Robust leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate an administration team.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence dealing with clients, contractors, installation teams and senior management.
- Experience with project handovers, defect management, inspections and compliance documentation.




- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage project tracking systems and reporting.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland when required.
- A positive, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping a team succeed.

Experience in modular buildings, construction administration, property delivery, installations or a similar project-driven environment would be highly regarded.

You don't need to be a hands-on builder or construction supervisor. We're looking for someone who understands how to manage the bigger picture, lead a team and deliver outstanding results.
