Karbon is seeking an Engineering Manager for Engagements to Payments to lead a team of eight frontend and backend engineers, reporting to the VP of Engineering. This role guides technical decisions, weighs trade-offs, and earns the team’s trust without doing hands-on coding.
You’ll drive delivery speed and quality, own SLOs and observability, and collaborate with Product and Tech Leads to plan features while moving core billing screens from Ember to React and breaking parts of the monolith into
