The Department of Government Services in Ballarat is recruiting Enquiries Officers for an inbound contact centre role, handling phone and online enquiries from consumers, renters, businesses and rental providers. You will deliver information and advice on relevant legislation, manage difficult conversations with tact, and support frontline compliance in dispute services.

Hybrid work is available after six-month probation.
