About the Role

Be our first Exercise Physiologist in South Australia, shaping how the discipline is established in the state, with the potential to contribute to the mentoring and development of future EPs who join you as the team grow

Build and carry a complex caseload across chronic disease, NDIS, DVA, aged care, and post-surgical rehab

Opportunity to build your own referral network in the Modbury area, connecting with local professionals around the clinical areas you're most passionate about and becoming the go-to EP in your community

Collaborate with physios, podiatrists, and other disciplines on shared patients





Access structured mentoring and a pathway toward senior or clinical leadership roles

Contribute to cross-disciplinary PD and case discussions

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist

A clinician comfortable managing complex, multi-condition clients independently

A strong communicator who works well in a multidisciplinary setting

A professional motivated to establish a recent discipline, with the drive to step into leadership

What You’ll Get

A base salary of $97,500-110,000 including super, plus fortnightly performance incentives

Be paired with an experienced EP mentor who'll support you clinically and help you problem-solve plus ongoing support from our group Head of Exercise Physiology as you develop the discipline in SA

Paid parental leave, $1000 a year external PD budget, 2 days study leave per year, structured in-house PD and 1:1 mentoring
