Impel Management seeks a seasoned compliance and operations qualified to join our Sydney CBD firm in a hybrid role. You will own the AML/CTF program end-to-end while rolling up your sleeves to keep a busy practice running smoothly.

You’ll embed and mature AML/CTF governance, support the Chief Operations Manager on ad hoc projects, and drive process improvements across the firm. A practical, hands-on attitude is essential.
