Norths Devils Leagues Club (Devils), situated in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane, forms an integral part of the local community. Established for over 50 years, Norths Devils Leagues Club is an important hub for community support and rugby league growth in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. The venue is spaciously designed to incorporate a 240 seat restaurant, versatile function spaces, dedicated sports bar and 93 gaming machines.

We are currently recruiting for the following casual positions throughout the Club:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all patrons have a outstanding experience.

Serve drinks and food in a timely and professional manner.

Operate TAB and/or gaming machines, ensuring all rules and regulations are adhered to.

Handle cash transactions, including the correct handling and payout of money.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.

Collaborate effectively with team members to provide smooth, efficient service.

Conduct Promotions and Raffles in line with terms and conditions.

Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and polite manner

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in similar roles in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay calm under pressure.

Knowledge of various types of drinks, cocktail mixing, and the ability to operate a coffee machine preferred, but not essential.

RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential.

RSG certificate (Responsible Service of Gaming) essential.

QLD Police Check

Must be available to work a versatile schedule, including nights,



weekends, and holidays.
