Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint a Part time Guest Service Agent within our Communications Centre to service our guest inquiry experiences.
The Successful Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay and create a positive impression of the hotel via phone and email communication, providing information services throughout their stay.
Be able to work a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends.
