Hyperfast is seeking a NOC Engineer (1st Line Support) to be the first point of contact for customers, resolving faults and outages. The role requires working a 24/7 rota across four days and being on site in Belfast, with responsibilities spanning fault triage, ticketing, and collaboration with deployments teams.

You will troubleshoot end-user issues, monitor alarms, and ensure incident resolution within SLAs, while maintaining a solid customer-focused approach and supporting order management
