The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne is seeking Administration Officers to support the Specialist Clinics Team’s outpatient service across the hospital.

Daily tasks include maintaining patient data, processing referrals and discharges, and overseeing triage and waitlist processes; you will also communicate with clinicians and staff via email, paging or switchboard tasks, and be the first point of contact for patients and families.
