Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of maintenance professionals and ensure statutory, preventative and corrective facility maintenance across our aged care facilities. You will manage external contractors, allocate resources, and uphold health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Engineering, experience leading teams, and robust knowledge of OHS requirements.
