We're currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Cannington that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for long-term stability.

The Role:
Reporting into a supportive finance team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across a busy portfolio. This role will see you processing high volumes daily, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong supplier relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing (high volume)
- Preparing and reviewing fortnightly payment runs
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing ad hoc payments and staff reimbursements
- Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a high-volume AP role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a team setting
- Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems preferred
- Available to commence at short notice
