EVT Limited, owner of Rydges Sydney Central, is seeking an experienced full-time breakfast chef to lead the breakfast buffet and support the hotel team. The role focuses on breakfast and lunch shifts in a busy hotel environment.

You’ll train and mentor junior staff, maintain high cleanliness standards, and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues. This Daymaker culture offers opportunities across EVT’s entertainment, ventures and travel experiences throughout Australia and Recent Zealand.
