We’re currently seeking versatile Registered Nurses to join ourteam on a permanent part-time or casual basis.Opportunities are primarily available across weekday(Monday to Friday) morning shifts, with some afternoonshifts also available.

A typical day in this role includes:

- Performing comprehensive clinical assessments andimplementing evidence-based care plans.
- Leading the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe,effective, and responsive care delivery.
- Administering medications and IV therapies in line with thescope of practice and facility protocols.
- Monitoring residents’ conditions, managing acute clinicalsituations, and escalating when required.
- Providing mentorship and supervision to ENs and PCAs tofoster a supportive care environment.
- Engaging with residents, families, and external providersto ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with AN-ACCrequirements and aged care standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Valid DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check

Skills & Experience

- Sound understanding of aged care legislation and Aged CareQuality Standards
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration, woundcare, and care plan development
- Experience with AN-ACC and electronic documentationsystems
- Proven ability to lead shifts and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
