Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a recruitment qualified to manage a portfolio of services across Queensland. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with service leaders to ensure staffing stability.
This role involves regular travel across services to support on-site workforce delivery, with a focus on compliance, data accuracy and candidate experience. Prior experience in education or childcare is a plus.
