Aboutthe Role:

AsGroundsperson, you will play a key role in maintaining andenhancing the presentation, safety and enjoyment of ourretirement living community. This is more than a groundsmaintenance role. We are looking for someone who takes pride intheir work, brings initiative and creativity, and is passionateabout creating outdoor spaces that our residents are proud tocall home.

Workingindependently and as part of a supportive Estate team, you willhave the prospect to contribute your ideas, influencelandscape improvements and take ownership of the estate'sgardens and grounds. This role would suit someone who enjoysbeing hands-on, self-managing their workload and making avisible impact every day.

Keyresponsibilities include:

- Maintain communallawns, gardens, parklands and outdoor areas to a highstandard
- Operate and maintaingardening equipment and machinery, including mowers,hedgers and chainsaws
- Undertake pruning,weeding, mulching, fertilising, spraying and general gardenmaintenance
- Assist withlandscape enhancements, garden redesigns and estateimprovement projects
- Monitor and maintainreticulation systems, including identifying and carryingout minor repairs
