Your opportunity

You'll take ownership of your portfolio of prestige properties, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity. What you'll be doing

Manage a prestige property portfolio - oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and managed to the highest standards.

Build lasting relationships - develop trusted partnerships with property owners, tenants, and contractors through clear communication and reliable service.

Maintain exceptional standards - conduct routine inspections, monitor property condition, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Oversee leasing and administration - manage lease preparation, renewals, and associated documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Deliver outstanding client experiences - anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and provide a personalised approach to every interaction.

What we're looking for

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

A minimum of two years' experience in all areas of residential property management.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
