Endeavour Group is seeking a Merchandise Training Partner based in Sydney or Melbourne, in a hybrid role for a 15-month fixed term. You will design, coordinate and deliver strategic training for both internal teams and external suppliers within Merchandise Support Services.

You will lead operational readiness across data platforms and core systems, manage onboarding programs, maintain critical docs, and drive capability through coaching and development across onshore and offshore teams.
