MC Group in Queensland is seeking an experienced grader operator to lead a civil crew on road construction and earthworks around Townsville. You will operate a final trim grader, read plans and levels, and communicate tasks clearly to operators and labourers while working with the Supervisor to keep work secure, efficient and to design tolerances.

This is ongoing, with regional projects, overtime opportunities and a practical, hands‑on management team supporting your development.
