Department: Senior Practitioner Family Services Clayton
Key Assets is a leading not-for-profit children, family and community services agency, founded in Australia in 2007. We provide foster care & family services. Operating across all states, the ACT and Norfolk Island, our purpose is to achieve positive and lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities. To achieve that, we need people like you!
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and embrace and celebrate the diversity of all people within our communities. Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people, and all of our external stakeholders.
About the role:

- Provide targeted support to priority groups, including infants, young children, adolescents, people with disabilities, and those experiencing family violence
- Develop time-limited intensive intervention plans with families while maintaining collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including children and young people
- Ensure Practitioners have access to appropriate support and supervision to meet internal and external program requirements
About you:
The ideal candidate for this opportunity is genuinely passionate about improving the lives of children and supporting family preservation through early intervention.
Additionally, we would love to see:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (or similar)
- Strong understanding of child and family services, child protection and court orders
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate service delivery and support plans
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks in child protection services.
