Dracakis Jewellers is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our growing team. With multiple locations across Sydney and a reputation built on exceptional quality, service, and craftsmanship, this is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in the management of our jewellery inventory and operations.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, accuracy, and integrity of stock across our retail stores and workshop operations.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all stores.
- Process incoming stock, transfers, repairs, remakes, and special orders.
- Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movements between stores and workshops.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits.
- Maintain product information and pricing within inventory systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, workshop staff, and sales teams regarding stock requirements.




- Ensure all inventory procedures and controls are followed.
- Generate inventory and sales reports for management.
- Assist with EOFY stocktake and annual inventory reconciliation.

Skills & Experience

- Previous stock control, inventory management, or administration experience.
- Solid computer skills and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
- Experience within jewellery, luxury retail, or a high-value inventory environment will be highly regarded.
