St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Endoscopy Unit within the Perioperative Services Department. This permanent role offers 76 hours per fortnight and a pathway to advance clinical excellence and staff development.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive service improvements and contribute to workforce planning in a rapid-paced, patient-centred environment.
