Workfast is seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our Woodridge team. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks and ensure landscaping and maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Full time casual hours with overtime available
- Monday to Friday
- Early 5:30am starts
- Woodridge location
- Tools, sunscreen and travel supplied
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, punctual and physically fit, with the ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with daily landscaping duties.

What You Need:
- Previous landscaping,
horticulture or grounds maintenance experience
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to organise and delegate daily tasks
- Confidence leading a team and maintaining productivity
- Experience with hedging, brush cutting, mowing and general landscaping duties
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour
- Ability to be onsite by 5:30am
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety requirements
