UnitingCare Queensland is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across Hospitals, Family and Disability Services, and Corporate portfolios.

You will lead a team of payroll professionals, ensure pay runs are accurate, compliant and delivered on time, and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems. This is a full time role with hybrid work by agreement, offering flexible work arrangements and supporting benefits.
