Glenhaven Family Care in Launceston is seeking a Team Leader for our Northern region to support the Protected Haven program. The role is permanent, full-time and based in the Launceston area, with day shifts and some afternoons, weekends, and sleepovers to meet urgent staffing needs.

You will lead therapeutic trauma-informed care for children and young people, promote a nurturing environment, and support the management team.
