About the Role

We're looking for ENTHUSIASTIC, COMPASSIONATE, ENERGETIC and RELIABLE casual support workers to join our team in the Sunshine Coast region - available for a range of shifts over the Xmas / Current Year Period, supporting people in Community settings and Supported independent Living (SIL) Homes during both day shift and night.

Supporting Individuals with Complex, High Behavioural needs and Community mental health

Supporting participants in the Community and SIL environments

Working along side a great team of Co-Ordinators

Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and Progress

Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)

Candidates must also have flexible availability and prior experience working within SIL homes is advantageous.

Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain

Current First Aid/CPR Certificate

Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check

Current Driver License

Current NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card & Working with Children Check
