About The Opportunityn

The primary purpose of this position is to be the friendly first point of contact for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:

n

- Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
n
- Assisting the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience
n
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach
n




- Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems
n
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving
n
- Supporting the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed
n

The successful candidate will have:

- A background in customer service in a similar role
n
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly

- A positive and friendly demeanour with a customer centric mindset
