Indian Rasoi Albury is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain our high standards of food, service and customer satisfaction.Join a welcoming and supportive team that values leadership, hard work and dedication.Responsibilities:• Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations • Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff to ensure efficient service • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally • Work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus and coordinate food preparation and service • Manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier relationships • Monitor restaurant revenue, expenditure and operating budgets • Oversee reservations, dining room arrangements and special functions • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements • Supervise payment processing, cash handling and daily financial reconciliation • Maintain a clean,



organised and welcoming restaurant environmentWhat we are looking for:• Relevant qualification at least to Diploma level in hospitality management or a related field, or substantial relevant experience • 1 year of full time or part time equivalent experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role • Strong leadership, staff management and organisational skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience managing rosters, stock, purchasing and operating costs • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy restaurant • Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysAnnual remuneration: $71,500 to $78,000 plus superannuation.If you are ready to bring your leadership skills and passion for hospitality to Indian Rasoi Albury, we would love to hear from you.
