Jersey Mike's Fairfield is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, driving sales, quality, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant leadership experience, solid inventory and food cost control, and the ability to train and schedule teams while maintaining consistent service standards across shifts. References will be checked and performance-based incentives are included.
