The Trustee for MaryBrew Unit Trust About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Determine product ranges, stock levels, and service standards in line with customer demand and business objectives.
- Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies to improve sales and business performance.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities and advertising campaigns for the business's products and services.
- Oversee sales operations, assist customers with product selection, and provide advice on product features and usage.
- Monitor inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and oversee financial transaction records.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and review the financial performance of the business.
- Oversee staff recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and applicable workplace regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant qualifications in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience of 1-2 Years in retail management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and retail sales operations.
- Experience in budgeting,



financial recordkeeping, and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
