Disability and Injury Services is expanding its Home Care Worker team across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich to support people living with disability to achieve independence.

You will deliver tailored assistance, including community access, personal care, domestic tasks and medication support, while promoting dignity and choice.

We value reliability, empathy and skilled conduct; candidates need a driver licence, NDIS screening, First Aid/CPR and Orientation training.
